The Weather Company is hiring a Senior Counsel – Data & Media to act as a strategic legal partner for its Enterprise Data and Media business units in a hybrid Atlanta-based role. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the position focuses on negotiating data and software licensing, supporting data commercialization, advising on privacy and governance, handling vendor, customer, and partnership arrangements, and providing broad commercial legal counsel. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, U.S. bar admission in good standing, 8+ years of legal experience including 5+ years in-house, and substantial technology, B2B, product development, negotiation, and data licensing expertise.
