Miovision is hiring a Senior Counsel - IP, Product and Privacy to lead the protection, commercialization, and legal compliance of its computer vision and AI product portfolio. The role manages patents, trademarks, trade secrets, open-source software, privacy-by-design, data governance, AI and public-video regulatory risks, and enforcement; advises the CTO organization; and delivers training. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior legal experience in IP, AI, public video capture, and data privacy, along with an undergraduate law degree and an active Canadian provincial or United States state bar membership.
