The role involves developing case strategy, handling discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trials, managing client relationships, and providing leadership to less experienced attorneys. Candidates need a JD from an ABA-approved school, a California bar license, and at least eight years of litigation experience, with insurance defense experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$190,000 annually, billable-hour bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and flexible remote, hybrid, or onsite work options.
