SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Counsel, Strategic Deals to own strategic technology transactions, including OEM and technology alliance partnerships, IP licensing, strategic product initiatives, M&A diligence, and post-close contract integration. The role requires a U.S. law school Juris Doctor or equivalent, an active U.S. law license, at least eight years of technology-transaction experience, and strong negotiation and commercial judgment. The position offers a U.S. base salary range of $184,000 to $253,000, along with equity, retirement, leave, insurance, and other benefits.
