Description
The Senior Courseware Developer leads the development and maintenance of courseware, assessments, training materials, and supporting documentation for Navy personnel. The role applies instructional design, adult learning, and eLearning development expertise to create learner-centered, scalable training solutions, including storyboarding, scripting, workshops, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The position requires a post-secondary diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least eight years in education, training, instructional design, or courseware development, and experience with military or technical training programs.
