Description
Fortegra is seeking an experienced Insurance Attorney to advise on insurance product innovation, design, coverage, regulatory matters, claims, and specialty insurance programs across admitted, surplus lines, and warranty/service contract businesses. The role partners with underwriting, product, regulatory, reinsurance, operations, claims, and executive leadership to draft and interpret policy language, assess coverage and claims positions, identify legal risks, support product rollout, and manage disputes and regulatory complaints. The position requires a J.D., active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 5+ years of insurance law experience.
