Senior Coverage Counsel at The Hanover Insurance Group

The Hanover is hiring a full-time Senior Coverage Counsel to provide legal advice and coverage opinions on property and casualty insurance policies, including auto, general liability, specialty, first-party property, and marine coverages. The role partners with claims handlers to resolve coverage disputes, may manage selective coverage litigation, reviews proposed coverage actions, and collaborates with underwriting and product teams. It is available remotely or from the Worcester, Massachusetts office and requires significant property and casualty coverage experience, a JD or equivalent, admission to practice in at least one United States jurisdiction, and strong communication and organizational skills.
