The role involves analyzing workloads, developing performance-optimized compiler software, contributing optimization techniques and new features, collaborating with upstream and open-source communities, and supporting pre-silicon hardware and software co-design. Candidates need a BS, MS, or higher degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of work experience, compiler development experience, C++ programming skills, and knowledge of CPU architecture and low-level performance analysis.
