The role involves analyzing workloads, developing compiler features and optimization techniques, contributing to upstream and open-source projects, and collaborating with geographically distributed partners. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant experience, a BS or MS in a computer science or computer engineering field or equivalent experience, compiler development experience, C++ programming skills, and knowledge of CPU architecture and low-level performance analysis.
