Description

Intel is hiring a Senior CPU RTL Methodology Engineer to lead and improve RTL development methodologies for next-generation x86 E-Core microprocessors. The role focuses on using AI tools to improve RTL coding and silicon development efficiency, advancing front-end methodologies, contributing to CPU architecture and microarchitecture, optimizing logic against power, performance, area, and timing goals, understanding front-end and back-end flows, collaborating across design teams, and providing technical leadership. The position is on-site and available in Austin, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; or Hillsboro, Oregon.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience in CPU logic silicon development
5+ years of technical leadership and successful IP project delivery
Preferred Qualifications: x86 CPU microarchitecture experience
x86 memory management execution experience
Experience driving front-end methodologies and applying AI tools for product-level improvements
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments
