Questrade Financial Group is hiring a Senior Creative Designer to serve as the creative steward for The Margin, scaling and evolving its visual identity across web, social media, email, and video. The role is approximately 25% brand-systemizing and 75% hands-on asset production, including Figma design systems, After Effects motion graphics, short-form video editing, web graphics, infographics, and editorial layouts. Candidates need 3–5+ years of visual, brand, or multidisciplinary design experience, advanced Figma and After Effects proficiency, and experience translating complex financial or technical topics into compelling visuals. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office.
