BCG Design Studios is hiring a Creative AI Technologist, also called a Creative Hybrid, to build creative pipelines, AI-enabled systems, prototypes, and bespoke digital solutions. The role combines creative coding, generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, API orchestration, and systems integration, while also translating technical possibilities for clients and leading workshops. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least four years of creative technology or digital innovation experience, and fluency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
