BCG Design Studios is hiring a Senior Creative (Storyteller) to serve as the studio’s narrative intelligence, translating complex consulting strategy, research, and data into compelling human narratives. The role owns narrative architecture, brand manifestos, messaging frameworks, verbal identity, data storytelling, and client-facing story-shaping, while collaborating with designers, strategists, consultants, and clients. It requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 4 to 7 years of creative or professional-services experience, a strong portfolio of brand narrative work, familiarity with data storytelling, and a clear view of how AI tools can support human authorship.
