Reddit’s KarmaLab is hiring a Creative Strategist to support its App Development business by developing insight-driven creative strategies and campaign concepts for app advertisers. The role partners with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Marketing teams; advises clients and agencies; translates business needs into culturally resonant Reddit strategies; and develops repeatable frameworks and best practices. Candidates need at least eight years of experience in advertising, media, social, public relations, or creative strategy, along with strong storytelling, presentation, research, project-management, and communication skills. The position is hybrid in New York or San Francisco and offers a base salary of $115,500 to $195,900 USD, plus equity, commission, and benefits.
