Description
Smooth Media is hiring a Senior Creator Manager to own and grow a roster of 15+ active creators, manage their retention and monetization, independently source and close new creators, develop brand and growth opportunities, support creators in building their own teams, mentor other Creator Managers, and contribute to the company's internal processes. The role requires a track record of managing creators generating $6M+ in trailing 12-month revenue, personally sourcing at least three creators, and strong commercial and relationship-management instincts. It is based in New York City with in-office work Monday through Thursday and offers a base salary of $115,000, an expected Year 1 OTE of $185,000–$225,000, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
