Description
WPP is hiring a Credit Controller in Vikhroli, Mumbai to manage client credit-collection portfolios, pursue overdue invoices, resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, support accounts receivable systems, and contribute to cash planning and forecasting. The role requires at least six years of credit-collection experience in a multinational organisation, international-client exposure, strong communication and negotiation skills, English fluency, and proficiency in Excel and Word. It follows a US shift starting at 6:30 PM and follows a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days per week.
