Description
Kuda is hiring a senior credit product manager to own product strategy and execution across its lending ecosystem, including real-time lending, overdrafts, personal loans, credit decisioning, underwriting, customer journeys, portfolio optimisation, pricing, and AI-powered credit experiences. The role focuses on customer value, portfolio performance, business growth, responsible lending, experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. It requires 7+ years of product management experience, significant ownership of complex customer-facing products, hands-on experience building and scaling retail credit or lending products, and a strong understanding of unsecured lending and the full lending lifecycle.
