Description
The Senior Critical Operations Manager leads day-to-day mission-critical operations at a STACK data centre campus, reporting to the Site Director and overseeing the Critical Operations Manager, Assistant Critical Operations Manager, Facilities Management team, and 24/7 technical workforce. The role owns operational performance, safety, reliability, incident and risk management, change control, maintenance planning, contractor governance, operational readiness, customer communications, and continuous improvement. It requires 7–10 years of leadership experience in mission-critical operations, strong technical knowledge of data centre systems, and onsite work in Victoria, Australia, with occasional travel and on-call coverage.
