Description
The Senior Critical Operations Technician is a senior on-shift role responsible for the safe, stable, and consistent operation of critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and life-safety systems in a data centre. The role monitors BMS/EPMS alarms and plant conditions, performs structured diagnostics and authorised stabilisation, supports incident response, coordinates vendors, validates operational readiness after maintenance, and coaches shift technicians. It requires a 24/7 rotating roster, physical plant work, emergency response participation, and compliance with safety, security, and site authorisation requirements.
