The role owns end-to-end referral customer journeys across email, push notifications, and in-product touchpoints; develops segmentation and communication strategies; coordinates localization; and improves performance through analytics, A/B testing, and AI-driven automation. Candidates should have 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing experience, strong analytical and creative judgment, collaboration skills, and a degree in a relevant field.
