Rocket is hiring a Senior CRO Manager to lead full-funnel experimentation and optimization across Rocket Mortgage storefronts and partner properties, including Redfin. The role designs and executes A/B, multivariate, and time-based tests; collaborates with SEO, content, product, and engineering teams; uses platforms such as Amplitude and Optimizely; analyzes performance across search and direct channels; and mentors junior team members. Candidates need at least five years of CRO or related digital optimization experience, expertise with web performance and testing platforms, strong experimentation and statistical knowledge, advanced web analytics skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers a base salary of $76,500 to $161,500, with possible annual bonus, incentives, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
