Elastic is hiring a Senior Customer Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, defining technical success plans, guiding Elastic solution adoption and expansion, eliminating technical friction, and driving utilization and annual recurring revenue. The role requires hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects. Compensation is base salary plus a variable component, with a typical starting on-target earnings range of $153,500 to $242,900 USD.
