Legora is hiring a Senior Customer Content Strategist to own the US customer storytelling pipeline, including customer videos, case studies, testimonials, speaker moments, sales enablement, events, distribution, and measurement. The role directs shoots and production partners, manages customer advocates, writes case studies, and uses AI to scale content while working with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Communications, and clients. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, hands-on video production expertise, and experience with enterprise or regulated organizations.
