Description
The role supports enterprise customers adopting an AI-powered platform by providing technical guidance for platform deployment, configuration, and optimization; troubleshooting PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code; helping customers with prompting and AI-driven workflows; and serving as a technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering. The position requires at least two years of software engineering experience, familiarity with Postgres, TypeScript, React, Node, and Python, and experience deploying and optimizing software platforms for customers. It is an on-site position in Berlin, Germany, with compensation details not disclosed.
