Dr. Squatch is hiring a full-time Senior Customer Experience Associate in Marina Del Rey, California, to lead the day-to-day management of its outsourced customer support partner and own customer experience processes, policies, platforms, escalations, reviews, NPS, and reporting. The role requires at least four years of experience in customer experience, customer success, support operations, or an associate manager role, including experience managing outsourced or BPO support teams, along with help-desk platform, training, and customer-sentiment experience. The anticipated base compensation is $70,000 to $85,000, with medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and PTO benefits.
