Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Capacity Operations team within the Azure Fleet Platform. The role tracks support effectiveness, monitors operational metrics, identifies process and system gaps, collaborates with engineering and customer stakeholders, supports capacity reliability and deployment capabilities, and facilitates root-cause analysis for premium customers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5–8 years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience; preferred qualifications include a master's degree, additional experience, cloud capacity expertise, and cloud engineering experience.
