ChampionX is hiring a full-time, office-based Senior Customer Service Representative in Aberdeen to support sales, order processing, and operational activities. The role manages customer purchase orders through invoicing, coordinates with supply chain, planners, logistics, and sales, handles returns and invoice queries, manages customer-owned stock tanks, and supports manufacturing plant meetings and safety procedures. Previous experience in sales, customer service, operations, logistics, or order processing is preferred, but training will be provided; the role also values Excel, Office 365, SAP, strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
