Description
The Senior Customer Service Field Technician supports BOWA Builders by managing and completing residential remodeling projects, including punch-out and warranty work, customer-service handyman jobs, and small projects. The role combines construction troubleshooting, cabinetry and installation, drywall, painting, and minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs with client communication, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite safety oversight. It requires residential construction knowledge, at least three years of related experience, carpentry and remodeling-trade skills, strong communication, customer service, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
