Syndigo is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager in Bangalore to own the health, growth, and defence of its Enhanced Content (Content Cast) retailer network. The role is responsible for script implementation, network performance, retailer and manufacturer relationships, content coverage, integrations, audits, business reviews, competitive positioning, and issue resolution. It requires strong experience in enhanced or rich content syndication, technical fluency with web technologies and APIs, analytical and communication skills, and availability during European hours.
