Actionline is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer for an on-site or hybrid role in Athens, working on behalf of an energy-sector client. The position covers security architecture, vendor-led security deployments, DevOps and IT collaboration, vulnerability and threat management, monitoring and response, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need at least eight years of IT security or security engineering experience, expertise with SIEM, WAF, XDR/EDR, email security, data activity monitoring, and Azure, plus knowledge of data protection, identity management, and endpoint security. A degree in cyber security, computer science, or an equivalent field is required, while cloud, DevSecOps, and enterprise experience are preferred.
