Description
Datacom is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Responder for its Cybersecurity Defence Operations Centre. The role leads digital forensics and incident response engagements across Australia or New Zealand, including major incident investigations, root-cause analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, evidence collection, reporting, and post-incident reviews. It also covers proactive advisory work such as tabletop exercises, threat hunting, compromise assessments, breach readiness assessments, threat intelligence briefings, and threat modelling. The position requires extensive experience responding to high-profile cybersecurity incidents, digital forensics expertise, knowledge of DFIR tools and security frameworks, and participation in an on-call roster with occasional customer-site travel.
