Description
GovTech is hiring a Security Operations Specialist to lead operational resilience for a Ministry CISO office. The role standardises incident response playbooks, provides crisis leadership, oversees monitoring and asset governance, manages vulnerability and attack-surface controls, and drives tabletop and chaos testing across hybrid on-premises, cloud, and OT environments. Candidates need 8–10 years of cybersecurity operations, SOC management, or incident response experience, strong incident-response and forensics expertise, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and vulnerability prioritisation, proficiency with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and EDR, and cloud operations experience. The role is open to Singaporeans only.
