Description
The Senior Cybersecurity Quality Systems Engineer serves as the Global Software Quality subject matter expert for medical device cybersecurity. The role independently reviews cybersecurity documentation, risk assessments, software architecture, verification and validation evidence, SBOMs, and residual risk documentation; provides objective feedback; supports design and milestone reviews; develops and improves Quality System procedures; monitors regulatory and standards changes; and mentors cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of medical device software or cybersecurity and/or software quality experience, regulated Quality Management System experience, and knowledge of FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and related cybersecurity practices. The listed salary range is $89,200 to $169,500.
