Description

Kepak, a leading meat processing and food company headquartered in Ireland, is looking for an experienced Senior D365 F&O Consultant to join their Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) team. The consultant will provide primary BAU support for D365 F&O across Kepak Group and Meat Division Ireland operations, while also driving functionality enhancements for the next two years. This role involves close collaboration with finance teams, leading stakeholder engagement, and supporting the integration of D365 F&O with Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Substantial D365 F&O Finance consultancy experience, ideally with full-lifecycle implementations and ongoing BAU support responsibilities.
Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting.
Clear understanding of the Order to Cash process within D365, including customer orders, fulfilment, invoicing, and cash application.
Experience integrating D365 F&O with Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar operational technology, with an ability to understand and map process flows across the production-finance boundary.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integration layers, and how D365 connects to wider business systems.
Experience working within a proven implementation methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications: prior experience in a Finance role is a strong advantage.
