Description
Schnabel Engineering is hiring a Senior Dam Water Resources Engineer to lead hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations, design and rehabilitation of dams and related water-control structures, manage complex dam engineering projects, develop client relationships, support business development, and mentor engineering staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 12 years of hydrologic, hydraulic, and water resources engineering experience, and Texas licensure or the ability to obtain reciprocity; a master’s degree and Texas experience are preferred. Compensation is listed at $140,000 to $160,000 for an Associate-level candidate and $160,000 to $175,000 for a Senior Associate-level candidate, with variation based on location and other factors.
