Description
Doma Technology is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve Looker, the business intelligence platform used by Operations, Finance, Data Science, and other business units. The role includes building and maintaining Looker dashboards and data models, managing Snowflake and other source-data connectivity, overseeing data quality and provenance, supporting operational reporting, and developing an agentic reporting layer for self-serve ad hoc analytics. The position requires 3–5 years of data analytics, business intelligence, or data science experience, Looker expertise, complex SQL, Python, Git, and strong technical communication skills; AI/LLM reporting, data pipelines, and domain experience are preferred. The base salary is $92,000–$120,000 USD, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
