Description
Netomi is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets for machine learning and agentic AI solutions. The role owns enterprise client onboarding, prompt and agent workflow design, end-to-end AI solution delivery, post-launch performance, conversation-data analysis, and iterative improvements across prompts, workflows, guardrails, and knowledge bases. It also involves collaboration with quality, analytics, product, and ML-Ops teams, mentoring junior analysts and engineers, and working directly with enterprise customers.
