Description

Ocado Group is hiring a Senior Data Analyst (DA3) for its Enablement & Martech team in Hatfield. The role owns Retail Media and Google Analytics 4 analytics, translates business metric definitions into technical logic, maintains metric dictionaries and semantic layers, builds and governs Looker reports, automates partner performance reporting, and mentors junior analysts. It requires strong SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and GA4 experience, along with stakeholder management and analytical automation skills.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience building and maintaining Looker Explores and reports
Practical experience using Google Analytics 4 for digital and ecommerce analytics
Experience translating business requirements into technical metric definitions
Experience collaborating with Analytics Engineering on semantic layers and reporting marts
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail media, onsite advertising measurement, or Marketing Mix Modelling
Experience building or maintaining a metric dictionary, data glossary, or semantic layer
Programming experience in Python or R or a GA4 certification
Deep understanding of ecommerce customer behavior, digital performance metrics, or technical lead and mentoring experience
