Plum is hiring Senior Data Analysts to join product squads and support data-driven decision-making across its fintech product. The role involves developing metrics and visualisations, performing deep-dive analyses, running A/B experiments, building and maintaining BigQuery and dbt data models, and potentially managing and mentoring others. Candidates need at least five years of quantitative experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with data visualisation, causal inference, and experimentation; Python or R and fintech experience are advantageous. The position offers flexible remote work with at least two days per week in London, Athens, or Cyprus, along with health insurance and other benefits.
