Thoughtworks is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze large datasets for clients, develop KPIs and strategic dashboards, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, A/B tests, and ad hoc studies, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires analytics and business intelligence experience, Python, self-service BI tools, database and SQL or R proficiency, data visualization, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities. It is a hybrid position.
