Rover is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Operations Analytics team in Barcelona. The role partners with product managers, operations leaders, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define customer experience strategies, design and run experiments, analyze operational metrics, communicate insights, and support reporting abstractions, BI, and AI semantic layers. It requires at least four years of cross-functional experience with complex datasets, A/B testing, SQL, data visualization, and data abstraction tools such as dbt or Airflow. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Barcelona office, and offers a first-year salary range of €47,124 to €60,319 plus benefits.
