Ruby Labs is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own data pipelines, analytics, dashboards, reports, user behavior analysis, A/B and homogeneity tests, KPI monitoring, and SQL data models for its job-application platform. The role partners with product, marketing, billing, and data teams and requires at least three years of data-analyst experience, product-analytics experience, advanced SQL, and experience with BI tools. It is a remote position for applicants within approximately four hours of Central European Time, with benefits including unlimited paid time off, paid national holidays, and a company-provided MacBook.
