SKIMS is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Data & Analytics team in Los Angeles. The role partners with a business function such as performance marketing, product planning, merchandising, operations, or production; translates complex data into actionable insights; builds Python and SQL analytical frameworks; applies statistical and predictive modeling; designs A/B tests; evaluates models; develops analytics roadmaps; supports data pipelines; creates executive dashboards; and mentors junior team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related field and at least five years of senior analytics experience, with SQL, Python, predictive modeling, experimentation, and dashboarding expertise.
