The role analyzes claims data, identifies variances in loss results, develops reporting and analytics, quantifies the impact of operational and external trends, and communicates insights to internal partners and senior leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field, 4–6+ years of related analytical and property and casualty experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to perform exploratory data analysis and communicate complex findings.
