Workhuman is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Back Office Reporting team to support Finance and Operations. The role owns analytical solution design and delivery, including data modelling, reporting, dashboards, automation, reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have strong SQL, data modelling, cloud data warehouse, BI, query optimisation, Git, and analytical testing skills, along with experience using AI-assisted tools. The role offers ownership of reporting capabilities, exposure to modern data architecture and cloud technologies, and opportunities to improve data quality and analytical workflows.
