WSA is hiring a Software Excellence Data Analyst to own analytical deliverables in operational analytics, incident management, and product quality. The role builds and maintains dimensional models and semantic layers in Power BI, investigates operational signals using SQL, Python, KQL, and statistical methods, supports root-cause analysis, delivers BI reports and dashboards, and collaborates with Incident Management, Support, SRE, Software Development, and Data Engineering. Candidates need 5–8 years of data-focused experience, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, KQL, Databricks, Azure data services, and operational analytics.
