Garner is hiring an AI-Native Data Analyst to own KPIs, dashboards, reporting projects, and deep-dive analyses across healthcare business domains. The role partners with stakeholders and data engineering, builds scalable pipelines, develops domain expertise, and uses AI agents to validate analytics. It is based in Garner’s New York City Financial District office, requires three days per week in the office, and seeks candidates with at least five years of data analytics, business intelligence, or similar experience, along with SQL, Snowflake, and BI/visualization skills.
