Spring Health is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Business Intelligence organization to support the Medical Affairs team. The role defines and refines clinical KPIs, builds dashboards and data visualizations, conducts exploratory analyses, supports dbt data models, partners with data, product, engineering, and data science teams, and translates technical insights for clinicians and executives. It is a full-time remote position with occasional travel, requiring 5+ years of data, visualization, and dashboarding experience, strong SQL expertise, familiarity with dbt or similar tools, and experience with Omni, Hex, or similar platforms. The target base salary is $125,000–$142,000, with equity and benefits.
