Description
The Senior Data Analyst will transform 5G/LTE network telemetry, crash data, and operational metrics into actionable insights for network reliability and customer experience. The role owns analytics from raw data through executive dashboards, builds and validates machine-learning models for anomaly detection, forecasting, clustering, and root-cause classification, and collaborates with engineering, product, and customer operations. Responsibilities include defining KPIs and data models, writing SQL and Python pipelines, integrating AI and LLM tools, and deploying validated models into production dashboards.
