Vanna Health is hiring a Senior Data Analyst – Payer & Claims Analytics to partner with health plans and internal teams on medical and behavioral health claims, eligibility, attribution, utilization, enrollment, quality, outcomes, and cost analytics. The role involves translating payer and business questions into analytical requirements, validating data and methodologies, reconciling discrepancies, developing standardized measures, and presenting findings to clinical, operational, payer, and executive audiences. It requires 6–8+ years of healthcare analytics experience, advanced data querying, strong claims methodology knowledge, and the ability to work independently and represent Analytics in senior discussions.
